Mind Unbound Business

Mind Unbound is dedicated to promoting the idea that modern business must be reconceived around the true nature of humanity.

For far too long, the world of business has been designed primarily around the idea that human beings must learn to conform to the needs of efficiency and productivity, but in fact the opposite is true. Our ideas about efficiency and productivity must be redesigned to take into account both our deepest nature and our highest aspirations.

Ultimately, any business system that fails to suit our true nature will struggle along in frustration and conflict, while any system that is designed to tap into our true nature will take root and flourish. Neither the carrot nor the stick can teach a horse to fly, nor can businesses teach people to accept a life without depth, without connection, without respect, without creativity, and without compassion.

Yet our most profound needs also point the way to our greatest achievements, for when our deepest needs are met, we unlock our natural brilliance. Businesses that genuinely provide for the needs of both employees and customers inspire profound loyalty, manifesting intense creativity and dynamic growth.

The human race stands today at the brink of a vast, unexplored territory. For the first time in recorded history, we have the knowledge to design our lives intentionally around our own humanity. By purposefully aligning our relationships, our organizations, and our social institutions with the true needs of the whole human being, we will finally begin to unlock the breathtaking power of our highest human potential.
