Update on Sylvarion's Challenge

dragon_pennant.jpgFor those of you who have begun following Sylvarion's Challenge, you'll be glad to know that it's rapidly developing into a far longer piece than I had originally intended. What started out as a writing exercise is becoming a full-blown novel (or a novella at the very least)!

Look for more teasers to be posted over the next few weeks, but I'm going to have to hold the bulk of the work back to await publication (whether in electronic or print form remains to be seen).

Sylvarion's Challenge would have remained nothing more than two or three pages of scribbles if it weren't for this blog and the interest the story has generated here. So thank you for your support in the form of both e-mails and comments--the readership has spoken!

A special thank you also to those of you who have already signed up to be Founding Subscribers of Wet Ink...! I'm so thrilled about the energetic feedback I've been receiving around this promotion--it's already been beyond my wildest expectations. So thank you, thank you, thank you, and I promise you, you can all look forward to an exciting year to come!

E.M., I saw your blog listed on the Z-meme.

Good luck on your book. You certainly have the beautiful landscape of the Georgia Countryside for inspiration.

Thanks, John.

Actually, my windows overlook an apartment building. Lucky for me I have a good imagination! ;)
